For your info. I am using currently on an Escapade group "A" aircraft. The Escapade series in tail dragger configuration (a similar aircraft to a kitfox) always had problems with the landing due to cofg being a long way back from the main wheels and "unloading" the wings on touchdown. It had a tendency to drop out of the sky with no warning also during the flare.
The VG's were tried and all problems solved !!! It is now a "normal" touch down procedure. (The take off is also shorter, which is a bonus. No apparent loss of cruise speed)
